Student data privacy and ethics are fundamental to our mission. Our processes fully comply with FERPA, COPPA, and CIPA requirements, and as a nonprofit organization, we have chartered to be permanently prohibited from selling or transferring student data to third parties.

We earned a 95% privacy rating from Common Sense Privacy, reflecting our commitment to handling student data securely and ethically. Additionally, we've committed to environmental responsibility by operating Polaris entirely on renewable energy servers.

Polaris Education (through Human Restoration Project) is a member of the Access for Learning (A4L) Community and Student Data Privacy Consortium (SDPC). Customizable data privacy agreements (DPAs) are available to address your school's specific compliance and privacy requirements.
